Fitness center

One of the amenities that the Pacific Building offers its tenants is a well-equipped gym. The gym has treadmills, weights, and a variety of other exercise equipment to help you stay fit and healthy. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, or simply stay active, the Pacific Building gym has everything you need.

The gym is open to tenants 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can work out at your convenience. It is also staffed by experienced trainers who are available to help you create a workout routine that is tailored to your individual needs and goals.

On-site Staff

With on-site management and maintenance offices, your needs are readily addressed, in the energy efficient Pacific Building.

The lobby is manned during business hours by professional security staff, and offices are secured by a building wide electronic key system.  Extra on-site basement storage is available for lease to tenants, and on-site mailroom delivery is provided by the postal service.  Nightly janitorial, and trash/recycleables removal is provided for all tenants.

Bike Parking, Showers

Ride your bicycle to work, and secure it in the basement Bike Storage Room.
Shower Room
With a building Shower Room, you can exercise on your lunch break, and return to work refreshed.

Roof Terrace

What a splendid idea to invite your family or friends for a dinner to the roof terrace. They will be delighted with the marvelous view of the night city and the great outdoor grill up there.
